Our estimate form asks for your name, phone number and email, and gives you the option to add your project address or town, the service you need and project details. Your request is emailed to our office, and a copy is stored on the website along with your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from.
We also keep what you send us when you call, email us or apply for a job. If you pay online through PayPal, you enter your card details on PayPal's site and we don't receive your card number.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site. It uses cookies to record the pages you view, how long you stay, how you found us, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, such as your city. Google processes this data on our behalf. We don't send Google Analytics your name, phone number or email address.
Our web host and our security provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block malicious traffic. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie to help tell people from bots. Our website builder also sets a session cookie and cookies that count your visits.

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them for your project, warranty questions, and tax and legal records. Analytics data is deleted on the schedule set in our Google Analytics account.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or email system is completely secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act requires.
Your requests
To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, call or email us using the details below. We may need to keep some records for legal or tax reasons. We will also honor any additional privacy rights your state's law gives you.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging landscaping work. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
